This Agreement is issued by Singinn.pk, a legally registered business operating under the applicable laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All software, subscriptions, websites, mobile applications, digital products, and services provided by Singinn.pk are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
All software, licenses, subscriptions, digital services, website development services, mobile application development services, and related products offered by Singinn.pk are provided on an advance payment basis.
For custom projects, website development, software development, and other specialized services, Singinn.pk may require a minimum advance payment before work commences.
Full activation, deployment, delivery, or transfer of access shall be granted only after receipt of complete payment.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, it shall be considered final and non-reversible, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Upon successful installation, deployment, activation, or provision of access credentials, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the service as complete and satisfactory.
Customers are encouraged to review the delivered service promptly and report any concerns through official support channels within a reasonable timeframe.
The products and services offered by Singinn.pk are primarily digital and intangible in nature.
Once software access, subscription activation, login credentials, deployment, installation, or service delivery has been completed, payments shall not be eligible for refund.
Once a service has been delivered, activated, or made accessible to the customer, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.
Customers agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or banking disputes for services that have been successfully delivered or activated.
Any payment-related concerns should first be communicated directly to Singinn.pk for review and resolution.
All source code, software applications, databases, designs, branding materials, logos, trademarks, documentation, content, and system architecture developed, owned, or licensed by Singinn.pk remain the exclusive intellectual property of Singinn.pk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any part of the service without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized use may result in suspension of services and legal action where applicable.
Technical support shall be provided according to the customer's subscription plan, service agreement, or support package.
While Singinn.pk strives to maintain reliable services, the company shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, or losses arising from:

Singinn.pk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions, policies, pricing structures, subscription plans, and related agreements at any time.
Updated versions shall be published on the official website and shall become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
